  • We will offer shipping options available in Leh, Ladakh to meet your needs, including standard and expedited services.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

3. Domestic and International Shipping:

  • We currently ship within India and have options to ship internationally based on available shipping options.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their respective countries.

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
  • The minimum delivery time for your packages is estimated to be 3 days from the date of purchase. However, as we prioritize the safety and accuracy of every shipment, please allow for a maximum delivery time of up to 10 days.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. 

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp text with tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

8. Holiday Shipping:

  • During the winter months and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. Please plan accordingly and place orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
